1. General Terms

  • By purchasing from Rustic Key Direct to (DTF) Transfers, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • All sales are final, and our policies, including refunds, returns, and shipping, must be followed.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
  • We accept various forms of secure online payments.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if production has already started.

3. Product Policies & Limitations

3.1 Custom DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

  • We print exactly as files are uploaded. Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs are:
    ✅ 300 DPI resolution for the best quality.
    ✅ CMYK color format (color variations may occur).
    ✅ Correct dimensions & sizing (measured by the longest side).
  • We are not responsible for errors in file uploads, including low resolution, sizing issues, or incorrect colors.

3.2 Application & User Responsibility

  • Customers must follow our Pressing Instructions for best results.
  • We are not responsible for transfers that are misapplied, burned, or damaged due to incorrect heat press settings or improper use.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. No refunds or returns except for defective transfers received upon delivery.
  • To request a replacement, customers must provide clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We do not refund or replace transfers that have already been applied to garments.

5. Shipping & Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours for local pickup and 7-10 business days for standard shipping.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address—we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

  • Customers affirm that they own or have the rights to use any design submitted for printing.
  • Rustic Key Direct to (DTF) Transfers is not liable for copyright infringement claims resulting from customer-submitted designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Rustic Key Direct to (DTF) Transfers is not responsible for any damages, errors, or financial losses related to the use of our products.
  • We are not responsible for business disruptions, lost profits, or claims resulting from transfer application errors.
