At Rustic Key Direct to (DTF) Transfers, we take pride in providing high-quality custom DTF transfers and gang sheets. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
🚫 No Returns & No Refunds
- All sales are final and no refunds will be issued once my order is placed. I acknowledge the current processing time is 1–3 business days (TAT) and that failure to review this turnaround time does not qualify me for a cancellation or refund.
- Any approved returns or issues will be resolved in store credit only, not refunds to the original payment method.
- We do not offer refunds for customer errors, including incorrect design uploads, sizing issues, or improper application.
- Colors may vary slightly due to CMYK printing vs. screen display differences—refunds will not be issued for color variations.
🛠 Defective or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our prints! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Inspect your order upon delivery.
2️⃣ Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3️⃣ Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect print.
4️⃣ Once approved, we will offer a replacement for the defective transfer.
💡 Important: We do not accept returns for transfers that have already been pressed or used.
📌 DTF Transfer Disclaimer
- Powder residue & moisture: Transfers may arrive with powder or slight moisture due to the shipping process—this is normal and does not affect print quality.
- Storage Tip: Keep transfers in a cool, dry place to avoid excess moisture. If needed, place them back-side up under a heat press for 90 seconds before use.
